ACCEPTABLE DIGITAL FILE FORMATS
Vector Art – PDF, EPS, Adobe Illustrator 12 (.ai file). Please include font files or convert text to outlines. Note: These formats are also acceptable for art that contains both raster/bitmap art and vector art in the same graphics file. All files must be created in approved professional graphics software. Files saved without vector data or from unapproved software are not considered Product Ready Artwork. Raster Art – lowest version Adobe Photoshop 5.0 (.tif files at final imprint size) or more current version, 600 dpi or higher at 100%. PDF at final imprint size
Unacceptable Electronic Formats: Power Point, Word, Excel, Publisher, JPEG, GIF, WMF, Scans of logo, letterhead or business card and Page layout files: Quark, PageMaker & In Design. These formats explicitly do not comply with Production Ready Art Standards and if submitted, will incur cleanup charges. This is not a comprehensive list; rather a list of the most common unacceptable formats.

Logos shown in this catalog are for illustrative purposes only and do not imply endorsement and are not for sale except by authorized owner. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by or produced for the owners of the artwork, design or trademark. Products shown in this catalog may vary slightly from actual products due to inherent limitations in photography, film separations and offset printing.
Order changes may incur costs related to labor and materials used to date of change. Shipping dates may also be delayed. We do not accept changes to orders unless in writing by fax and must be confirmed as accepted by via!
Add additional Set-up charge per color per location. The absolute minimum quantity per change of copy is 50% of catalog quantity.
All the copy of material submitted by customers for the use in producing and printing items ordered will be accepted by via! as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. Customer, by submitting such logo represents that the use thereof by via! on the items ordered will not violate any laws, and via! hereby disclaims all liability for compliance with such laws in the use of any copy, logo or material. Customer agrees to hold via! harmless for all damages, costs and/or expenses should they arise under all laws, as a consequence of via! use of said copy, logo or material provided by customer.
$10.00 (v) per location, first location is free. Address list must be submitted no later than three days before scheduled ship date.
$85.00 (g) per hour.
All products guaranteed against defects in structural material and workmanship for a period of one year. Defective product may be returned for credit or replacement. The replacement product may be blank at via! discretion. This warranty does not apply to willful misuse or damage, loss or theft. Warranty is voided by third-party decoration. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior written authorization and subject to 20% restocking fee. Samples of defective goods must be returned at customer cost before replacement shipped.
IMPRINT COLOR CHANGE
$20.00 (g) per color change. The absolute minimum quantity is 50% of catalog quantity.
Precision laser engraving is available on certain products. Depending on type of metal, laser engraving may result in subtle tone on tone effect or contrasting tones. In most cases no additional charge for engraving outline copy only (subject to via! art approval). For filled engraving, please call for quotation.
LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDER
Published minimum quantity applies for decoration. For less than published minimum, a charge of $85.00(g) will apply. Absolute minimum with below minimum charge is 50% of catalog quantity.
Absolute minimum is first column quantity for printed products.
OVER / UNDER RUNS
Most orders are exact, but due to the nature of decoration processes, 5% over/under run is possible and billable.
First paper proof at no charge, additional proofs requested by customer $20.00 (g).
$30.00(g) per color subject to availability (Confirm availability of color with via! before ordering). PMS color chart is established for printing on paper products and will be used as reference guide. An exact match cannot be guaranteed. When imprint colors are critical, a pre-production sample is strongly recommended.

$50.00 (g) OR SPECULATIVE PROOF $80.00 (g), plus all applicable set-up fees as well as cost of product. Usually takes 5 to 10 business days please call to confirm.

Unless otherwise specified, all catalog prices include a one-color / one-location pad, silkscreen imprint. Print subject to maximum area as stated in product description. Additional charges may apply for larger imprints (subject to imprint area available), please call for details.

PRODUCTION RUSH SERVICE
via! Production Rush Service ship 5 business days from approval of paper proof and available by special request – Add $85.00 (g). via! Production Rush Service availability is based upon production scheduling at the time of placing order as well as inventory available. Please call to confirm via! ability to meet your deadline prior to offering this service. via! Production Rush Service may not be available for Amenity Kits or Groups or certain custom manufactured products.
Samples are sent at no charge with a valid shipper number provided. Free samples are limited to $10.00 net at EQP pricing. Additional samples are billed at EQP.
To ensure exact duplication, please include via! most recent order number, your purchase order number and original order date. Copy of previous artwork must be attached for verification. Changes to artwork (including, but not limited to: logo, color, size, date, phone number, address, etc.) do not qualify as an exact repeat order.
REPEAT SET-UP CHARGE: $30.00 (g)
First color and one location run charge included in unit prices shown. For additional colors or locations, add $0.60 (g) per color / location.

In most cases, products are shipped FOB Corona, California (unless otherwise specified). Shipping is assumed to be by FED-EX or UPS Ground unless alternative method specifically requested by customer. Timing of delivery will depend on your location. Most USA deliveries you can expect 5-7 day ground shipping (UPS or FEDEX). Expedited shipping is available at additional charges. Please contact customer service for pricing and details. Multiple location shipping is available in such case drop ship charges may apply at $10.00(g) per shipment.
Special pricing arrangements offered to customers exclude all “Made to Order” items. All sales at Special Pricing are from available inventory only.

Shipping weights provided for each product are approximate and intended only as guide for estimating shipping costs. Final ship weight may vary due to modifications in packaging or special packing requirements and will always be billed based on actual cost incurred.

Regardless of cause, in the event order is cancelled or returned, via! will not be liable for breach of license agreement conditions or for any fees or expenses to be paid or previously paid by Distributor.
